Announcing.

We are announcing today with the help of my boyfriends 4 year old daughter. We had family pics taken about a month ago so everyone thinks they are just getting those. But the one we are handing out says there's a new one coming July. Any ideas how to make it go smoothly I'm beyond nervous and so is my boyfriend as they didn't take his news of his daughter so well.
