I don't know where to start with this but here goes.... ttc for about a year now. My last period was a day or 2 late but when it arrived it was so heavy, i was having bad cramps and I was passing what looked to be clots (about size of a small finger nail). Also I had nausea for days before my period. a few days ago I mentioned this to my sister and she asked me if I may have had an early miscarriage???

this has worried me should I have went and got checked out at the time? or am I just over reacting?
