Very sad!!

So my last period was on Sep 8 I have taken 9 pregnancy test from expensive ones to cheap ones and there all negative...today is Thanksgiving I took my last one and it was also negative... everyone is happy having a great time laughing making food... and I just wanna be in bed all day am just not in the mood i feel very sad I been trying so hard for 11 months and no luck..so if am not pregnant can it be something else? am just scared to go to the doctor and them telling me theres something really bad with me...like health problems or idk what to think anymore
