Confused

So either I'm miscarring or maybe I was never pregnant. I'm so confused. My last period was Oct 12. I got two positive test around Nov 15 or so. No symptoms such as sore boobs ect but with my other two I didn't really have any symptoms either. Yesterday I started bleeding lightly. No cramping. Had a transvaginal ultrasound and blood tests. They said they think they might have seen something but weren't too sure. Then said my hgc levels were low for how far along I should be. But they never said yes you are in fact pregnant which makes me concerned because I haven't been to the actual doctors yet. After my transvaginal I started to bleed a bit cause it did hurt slightly. Well today I have been bleeding alot darker even with very small clots and light cramping. Feels like my period. So I'm just so confused. Is this my period and I was never pregnant or am I having a miscarriage? I've had 2 pregnancies both carried to term so I don't know that to expect. Sorry for the long post and thank u for reading.
