Electric shock.....

So I have had this twice now. I was just sat watching TV and had a huge electric shock feeling on the right side of my belly button then the second time I was in bed and went to yawn and it happened again but just below left side of belly button. It only lasted for a few seconds but was very alarming. What on earth could this be. Has anyone else experienced the same. Hope you and your babies are doing well.
