Preseed

I've been seeing a lot of women posting about preseed saying it worked for them, but a lot of the women that say they used it, ended up misscarrying. Is that just a coincidence? Should I use it? I'm scared to use it just for the simple fact that a lot of ladies had a miscarriage after successfully using preseed. Please help/post opinions if you've used it! Thank you
