What do your first movements mostly feel like

I'm nearly 18 weeks with second baby and seem to be mostly feeling pressure rather than movements and the very occaional twitch. Haven't felt him/her for a couple of days though so hope this is normal.

The first movements I felt that I could distinguish as baby movements seemed like I swallowed a goldfish 😂
