I'm 11 dpo .sore nipples n boobs nausea got sick today I'm not late. Took a preg test late in the evening it was bfn. Glow said to test a few days ago. I had a miscarriage Oct 3 . I had a positive ovulation Nov 1 then Nov 2-5 I spotted little bleeding nothing like a period symptoms . I also had positive ovulation Nov 17 another app I use said ovulation on Nov 18 . I'm totally confused but I feel like I been hit by a bus. Any advise please. Like when I should test again for pregnancy since I got a bfn. Any advise would be great I'm scared of having another miscarriage
