Would you go to the ER?

Would you go to the ER of you had light spotting (bright red, first sign of it at all) at 6 weeks and are very lightheaded?

I went and we saw the sac but no baby, they were thinking it's too early but I'm concerned because I've seen so many 6 week ultrasounds with obvious fetal poles. I will go for more blood work in 2 days and another ultrasound in a week. Hoping for the best!

Yes. Red bleeding and lightheadedness are a sign of ectopic. Go go go. Even if not at least you'll know.

Just monitor it. If it gets heavy and you start to feel dizzy, confused, etc. get to the ER. That's what I was told yesterday since I'm now high risk for a miscarriage.

If your bleeding and pregnant always get checked out, it could be nothing wrong but either way it's better knowing than worrying
