Birthday ideas?! 🎉

Hey all🙂 I'm turning 23 and I'm looking for a place in Toronto to celebrate my birthday. It's going to be my champagne birthday! As well, I really want to do something on the dressy side as id love to get fancy for the occasion. Somewhere that will be good for a group of say 15? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks 🙂
