I'm 9 weeks 1 day and about a week ago my symptoms basically stopped. I never had any major symptoms to begin with (some nausea here and there, hungry often, boobs bigger but not real sore, only a day or two of tiredness but that's it), but now I feel like I don't have any. I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days and saw the heartbeat. Trying to stay positive and not freak out, don't see the doc again for another 2.5 weeks. Has anyone had this happen and everything was all good?
