I can't decide if I want it to be a Christmas surprise (where I'll be almost 9 weeks) or if we will wait until 12-13 weeks in January. My boyfriends mom is really looking forward to grandkids and some exciting news would do her well, but I don't know if I'll be ready to tell my family yet by then. They won't be so happy

Most of my husbands family's knows because we've been with them for 2 weeks for the holiday, but only my mom and sister know from my side. We'll be announcing sometime in December after my first ultrasound to social media and other people!

I am almost 6 werks but am going to wait until around 10-12 weeks. I have already told some close friends and some family though.  ❤

We told close family (parents, siblings, & grandmas) on thanksgiving. I was about 5 1/2 weeks. My hubby and I live about 3 hours away from our families and we didn't want to tell people on the phone....we plan on telling the rest of the family and close friends at Christmas when I'm 10 weeks. My first appt isn't til Jan 4th when I'm 11 weeks.
At 12 weeks we will announce it on facebook and to everyone else!

We told our extended families at Thanksgiving which put us just over 7 weeks and a few days after hearing the heartbeats. The plan is to tell close friends as we see them over the next several weeks and then make the social media announcement at the end of the first trimester which would be right around the new year I think.
