Pain under/side of right breast.?

I'm having severe pain under/kinda on the side of my right breast. I mean pain. I was lying down and couldn't get back up. First I thought it was my ribs but it's higher up. Could this be milk?? I'm 39 weeks tomorrow.

Is it under your rib cage? Or actually inside your breast? If it is below your ribs, I would say it may be your gall bladder, and you should get that checked.... If it is inside your breast you may have a plugged duct or an infection? I would call the doctor.

Gallbladder that's what mine turned out to be. Really common to happen while pregnant

I just got out of labor and delivery and that was specifically one of the questions they kept asking me. If I had pain under my right breast. I would definitely call ASAP

Call dr or go to ER!  I had the same thing and it ended up being an adrenal hemorrhage!  Don't chance it especially with a baby on board!!

My doctor told me if I ever felt sharp pains on the right side near the breast or under to call them, so I would call your doc.
