Preeclampsia symptoms?!

It's past midnight wondering if I should call my doctors office even tho they're clearly closed or call L&D?! I have shortness of breath and a tingly sensation only on my right leg. And my feet have swelled up to my ankles. I'm 36 weeks and 5 days and never have had any type of swelling. FTM :/ should I wait to call my doctor in the morning?

I have this too. Except on my hands, my right hand is so tingly. I think if you have had blood pressure issues at your previous appointments then you should call. But if you haven't, I wouldn't worry too much. My doctor told me the reason for the swelling and tingly-ness is because of the way baby sits on our nerves cause blockage to our limbs!

Pre eclampsia can happen suddenly, even if you haven't had high BP at any doctors visits. The same thing you're experiencing happened to me with my first. I had insanely high BP, went in to just have them check me, was induced the next morning. Better safe than sorry.
