Im very dehydrated

I was fine all morning til around noon. My stomach started cramping. My SO and i figured we were just hungry so we went and got food. We had gotten the same thing but i hardly ate it because i started feeling worse. I then started sipping water but i have thrown up so my i have no food left in my stomach and i throw up my water mins after sipping it. I can tell im dehydrated because im craving water so bad. I may have a slight fever not too sure. Idk what to do to keep from throwing up the water
