If there is anything I can do to help my milk supply? I tried to nurse with my daughter but my supply just. . Stopped. I don't want that happening again. Any tips?

See a lactation consultant! Avoid peppermint and sage!!!!!! Try malt beer ( non alcoholic), lactation tee, have MUCH rest and don't stress you out, try to nurse every hour. Try to change position of nursing. Please search for help - ask your midwife. Believe in yourself.

Definitely call a LC.  Some of the things I've tried with my other children were oatmeal, fenugreek supplements, and brewers yeast. The last 2 can cause gas in some so I had no luck.  In the end my dr. Prescribed something that had a side affect of increased milk supply and that really helped. 
Also I cannot stress enough drink water, alot of water.

Lots of soups, there's a nonalcoholic beer you can drink that helps produce more milk also!

I ordered these vitamins and they really helped my supply! I was super worried when I went back to work and needed to pump. I was working 50-60 hrs/week and never lost my supply. On top of taking these vitamins I made lactation cookies. I hope this helps

Offer the breast to the baby as often as possible. Even just wear the baby in a sling on your chest around the house so that she can nurse whenever she wants.
