Can Digital Tests be False Positive?

Question

So, AF is due 12/2 and I took a digital test this morning but I thought the strip was supposed to turn pink... So I kept "pouring" but the strip never turned pink... Then I read the instructions and saw this type of test the strip doesn't turn pink... Anywho, the test says Pregnant but I honestly think I messed it up... Thoughts?

There is no such thing as a false positive ...it detects the pregnancy hormone in your urine. But some tests are more sensitive than others that's why some say yes some say no. But the digital says pregnant congrats your pregnant !
