Hungry with no appetite?

I have a really horrible headache and threw up to the smell of eggs I had for my husband this morning. I am so hungry but I am not in the mood for anything but sleeping but I know I need to eat for the baby. Help?

I throw up when my stomach is near empty. Get some cereal and English muffins for the morning. A little something for the stomach

Try blending an apple with a little water. Helped my tummy on days I couldn't eat.

My sister in law is pregnant and when she gets like that she munches on crackers or grapes or a banana- basically food that's easy to digest

Ah this is how I feel in the evenings! Maybe try just some dry toast and see how u feel after that. U need to eat really plain food x
