Help!! When to test!

Hey all! I'm so nervous this cycle. Scared of another neg test. Af due 6 days from today. I've had some symptoms, and now feel like i have a cold or some kinda bug. Which I've read happens after conception because the immune system takes a dive. Is it too early to test? Should i wait? Or buy 10 dollar store tests and go nuts? Lol. Ack!
