Losing my mind...HELP!!

Im about 6-7 weeks...last night I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw blood. I immediately felt weak because I was so scared. We went to the ER and after 4 hours with some cramping and spotting here and there they couldn't tell me if I was having a miscarriage. They did bloodwork, everything came back normal and my HCG was in the 7,000s, they did a pelvic exam and my cervix was closed. He said I had some bleeding but it looked dark. So they sent me home, I took a shower and had the urge to pee so I just went and saw something drop, I rushed to pick it up and it looked like old clotted dark blood. I have an appt with my OB tomorrow to check my levels again. I wanna say the bleeding started and stopped with in 4 hours, it wasn't like gushing out or was just some here and there. It's been a good 15 hours with NO bleeding and light cramps. Is this a miscarriage.?! What else could it be.?! Old period blood that decided it wanted out early.?! I'm at a loss and waiting another 24 hours is torture.
