NT Ultrasound Scan

Hi everyone. I am so nervous for our NT ultrasound tomorrow. I am currently 13 weeks 1 day and have NO idea what to expect. If you have recently had an NT scan (trough Kaiser would be best!) what should I expect? Is it transvaginal/abdominal? Does the dr perform it? Do they give you the results instantly? Do you get to find out the the gender or get pictures? Any information would be helpful and I will update tomorrow with how it goes!!!
