Hot Bath - Cold Vagina?

Question

So I have a weird question. I was taking a warm bath like I do every night. I am 38 weeks tomorrow. I always start running my bath water before I get in and it is always warm before I sit.

So I was sitting there and the space right where my vagina is felt cool - like water of a different temperature. I moved and sat in a different spot to see if somehow it was just different temp water. But it was cool there too.

I put my hand down there and didn't feel anything different - but my vagina felt like the water touching it was cooler.

It's bizarre. Anyone know what this could be?

I have no clue but what! This whole time I thought I couldn't take baths no more (23 weeks) because my mother in law told me water goes up there and bad for baby so I got scared lol. That bitch!

I think it is because your body temperature at your vagina is probably higher due to increased blood flow, so the water just feels colder there. Like if your hands are frozen and you put them in warm water, the water will feel hotter than it is; or if you have heat stroke and take a warm bath the water will feel cold because your body temperature is high. (: also, make sure your baths aren't too hot because if your body temperature rises above a certain point it is not good for your baby, and also even though baths feel like heaven try not to soak in them too long or too often because the hot water can cause yeast infections. I was taking a hot bath like every day and got one ):

U can take a bath up to the time of delivery, its the super hot water thats not good for u, it will increase body temperature and harm the baby
