When to go to urgent care?

I have the flu, and it's coming out both ends 😞 I don't have a fever, I'm just super cold and have the chills. Anyone know when I should consider going to urgent care?

When you can't keep fluids down.

If you are dehydrated, go into L&D. They can monitor the baby and give you iv fluids. Bring dehydrated can cause contractions, so they'll want to keep an eye on that and make sure they go down before you go home.

If your heart rate is consistently over 100 beats per min then you are likely to be dehydrated from the flu. Watch that heart rate and go in to urgent care if you can't keep fluids down or the hr is over 100.

Do your best to stay hydrated. Small frequent sips. Water and Gatorade. I got really sick around 20 weeks and ended up in the hospital for dehydration. It was awful.
