Placenta capsules

I know a lot of people who are totally repulsed by the placenta. I plan to breast feed and I heard that getting your placenta put into capsules and taking them as a post natal is beneficial to you and the baby. Educated comments only please. I have done a lot of research but I wanna know what mommas liked it or hated it, noticed it helped or not at all. I'm a freak about this kinda stuff and only want what's best for my baby
