If the bleeding can fill a pad in an hour or less and is red and or clotting then go in but otherwise you should be Okay. That's what my doctor told me when I was bleeding with my son.

I was experiencing the same thing at the beginning of my pregnancy! It's common in the first trimester I think, my cramps were pretty bad. Unless you have heavy bleeding, like a period. Congrats!
