Next ultrasound?

Mommies, after your 20 week anatomy scan, when did they schedule you for your next ultrasound? My next apt is my Glucose test, but I can't wait to see my baby girl again. I'm a first time mom, so I'm new to this.

Depends on your dr. A lot of people don't get another one unless they are high risk

My OB will only do 2 ultra sounds one for dating and the anatomy scan.

You might be waiting to see your LO till you're holding her in your hands

Probly not..:( but if you can find a place that does 4d ultrasounds for a decent price near you I recommend doing it! They are so cool!! (They say to do them around 30ish weeks, so the baby is filled out a little more)

Depends on your circumstances. I have had scans at 10+6, 12+3, 16, 18 & 20 weeks so far. I will be scanned every 2 weeks until 28 weeks to monitor growth then they will reassess. But more than likely won't go more than 3 weeks between scans after that. While it's fantastic to see my girls grow, I really wish I didn't need them because it would mean they weren't considered a high risk pregnancy. I am constantly aware of all the things that can possibly go wrong 😕

You dond necessarily get another one.... I had about 4 more just cause i had complications..... So less is a better sign ;)

My last was 20 weeks. My doctor said I will get another one around 36 weeks to check positioning and weight!

I got one at 36 weeks because I was measuring small, but besides that 20 week was my last ultrasound...you can pay for a private one though
