Suggestions on something for my husband to get me for Christmas?

I'm six months pregnant. I don't want clothes because I can't fit my regular size for probably six months, but I don't want maternity clothes. I wouldn't mind some piece of jewelry with baby's birthstone, but that can't be til after baby is born because you never know when it'll actually happen. No shoes--my feet will be changing. Poor husband has asked for my help, but I just never want much. I've always been hard to buy for, but now it's worse!
