What should I do?!?!?!?!?!?

So basically , I have to ALWAYS remind my boyfriend of almost 3years to give me affection .. Because I'm a very affectionate person and it's like he's not and idk if I'm being selfish but I need more affection!!! We're young I'm 20 he's 19 and I feel like his sex drive should be through the roof!!! And it's NOT at all and he's just not satisfying me and basically I just want to know what to do about this .. He says it's going to change but this is his second time saying that!

Some people arent affectionate. Some people have lower sex drives. Some are both and there are some where they have external issues that result in these. You need to have a long talk to him to get his side and be understaning and listen. Make it his time to talk and then get your time to talk when he is finished. Make notes (i dont mean physically but if thats how you work then power to you) on what he said and your reaction so you can bring it up when its your turn.

When you hear his side and if you choose to talk the next thing to do is take a day or two to process the talk and see how you both feel. If you both think you can compromise with each other to make things work mutually then stay together. If either one of you feel like you are giving up a piece of yourself to stay with the person; to where you feel like you miss out on your life then maybe its time to consider breaking it off.

Sounds like a regular cycle in a normal relationship. 
My husband and I have always gone through phases where one of us seems to be more sexual than the other.
I used to freak out when I was younger because he wasn't yet I g to jump my bones 24/7 and I felt like a nympho. However, now it's like roles reversed and I just want to sleep and he's annoyingly horney all the time.
The best advice I can give you is to keep the communication open and keep in mind that people are constantly changing. 
My husband was really stressed back in The day and that was a huge reason why he was not in the mood. I took it personally and I shouldn't have but he also could have explained things better so I had the chance to be understanding instead of offended. However, things don't alwys happen how you'd like and hindsight is 20/20...
