Pay rate. As an 18 year old. Full time. Retail $10.19 is shit?

The minimum wage here is something in $16 area. Somehow my pay is legal but I've been here a week and I feel like working 38 hours a week for $10.19 an hour is criminal!! It's taken my time away for a small pay. Hmmm not happy.

What country do you live in ? Because Im in Australia and I get 24$ an hour

They are not paying you by the fair workers min. For your age that's not legal to give you $10 an hour full time

I live in USA (Alabama) our minimum wage is $7.25/ Hr.

I'm 17 and I work at a vet as a kennel hand. I basically just clean etc and I get $15 an hour. That's definitely not legal if you're getting just over $10 and hour full time

Hell na that's ridiculous, I work for a franchise casually for $15 and the full time employees get well over $20, I'd be discussing this with your boss. 😐

I get £11.76 per hour, and that's way more than the average, our minimum wage is £6.75!

Your so lucky! Over here the minimum wage is £6 which is not very much at all and can only afford a shirt 😔
