Arby's Roast Beef - is it ok to eat?

Hey all!

I will be 8 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I am craving an Arby's Beef and Cheddar sandwich which is served warm. I am just wondering if it's safe to eat since it's considered lunch meat. I've avoided all lunch meats up until now, so I'm a little paranoid.

I eat Arbys all the time doctor said it's fine. Just told me limit cold deli meat

I eat it all the time, and I also eat cold lunch meat. my doctors never told me not too, and I'm not gonna worry about something that barely happens to anyone.

Any lunch meat that's been heated is totally safe. I've been bad and have eaten cold lunch meats and things but when I would get it in the microwave it would make me sick 😭  but so long as it's limited you should be fine!
