Feeling Blue

I am late for work but minor cramps and headaches are keeping me in bed. There is no spotting or bleeding but something is happening down there. I am in need of an OBGYN but not telling people is stopping me from asking of their input. Just moved to this area and I have no idea where the good doctors at.

Sorry am rambling... Just new territory with pain.

Lord help me!
