When did you remove your nipple piercings after becoming pregnant?

Ladies! How soon after becoming pregnant did you take out your nipple rings? This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure when or if I should take my piercings out.
Did you have any complications with them? 
Why did you take them out?

I've had mine re-pierced 3 times. Not really much more painful than the first time. Probably won't do it again tho... There needs to be a line! :)

You definitely don't need to take them out during pregnancy unless you want to. I took mine out around 3 months I think, because my boobs hurt so bad.

I'm 10w3d and haven't taken them out yet and so far haven't felt a need to. I hope to keep it that way since they were horribly painful to get, I'd like to keep them 😜 however I will probably have to remove when I breastfeed :/

You don't have to take them out until you start breastfeeding, unless you just want to, like if your boobs grow a lot before and you get uncomfortable with them. I waited until I breastfed my son and then I just never put them back in after, I miss em but scared to get em repierced cuz I hear it hurts worse the second time ahhh 😕
