Clomid and ovulation question

Hey girls. I have a question for anyone who has been on clomid. Last month I did 50mg and had no follicles. This cycle I did 100mg and I had a 16mm follicle and a 13mm follicle on CD 16 of a 30 day cycle. My doctor and I decided not to do the trigger shot this cycle since it wasn't 18mm-20mm. I got a positive (or pretty close) opk today. My question is has anyone gotten pregnant with smaller follicles?
