First Time Clomid User Advice?

Question

So I'm super nervous about starting clomid. I have unexplained infertility and was prescribed 50mg of clomid. Waiting for Af to start and will start clomid on CD3. Is there any advice anyone can give me while using clomid? The do's and don'ts. I've heard that clomid can thin out the lining of your uterus. What can I do to prevent that? Any advice is helpful.

Take at night and sleep in a cold room :)

I'm on my first round of Clomid. My RE told me it works best of you take it first thing in the morning.  My side effects haven't been too bad. He also told me about when I should ovulate if I respond to the meds, and told my husband and I when we need to have sex to hit my ovulation period. I'll find out around Christmas if I'm pregnant or not.

Definitely take it at night.. Third cycle and first one where I wasn't walking like a zombie

FertileCM is supposed good for your uterine lining. My biggest problem with it was the heat.  I second the suggestion to sleep in a cold room. Sleep separate from your partner and have a fan on you.

If your uterus liner thins they will give you estrogen pills...you will either take them orally or vaginally. When I first took clomid I felt a little zombieish then on the 2nd and 3rd rounds I got used to it. I took it for IUIs. IVF worked for me so I didn't have to take it again.  I also took mine at night before going to bed.
