I'm 39 DH 47 and we first found out it was low by doing an at home sperm kit it was confirmed by a full sperm analysis from his doctor on 11/23 and he had an appt with the urologist for 12/3 and we just got our BFP over the Thanksgiving holiday.  Yes it's possible!! He also stopped drinking liqour(Hennessy) which he was drinking everyday and I had him taking fertiliaid for men and zinc tablets also a lot of prayers.

I think you still have a pretty good chance at a BFP. You will just have to be more adamant about bd every other day, as not to deplete his already low levels. But it only takes 1 to create a baby! Prayers to you!
