Question for those with boob jobs

Primarily for the women with the incision under the breast... Has the scar tissue ever caused pain during your pregnancy? Does it feel like tearing, or stabbing and get worse as you grow? My doctor told me the colon actually sits way up there and then goes to the left side of the belly and suggested it was gas or heartburn but I've loaded up on gas X for gas and gaviscon for the other and neither even remotely helps. The pain is in one localized spot...where my left incision was for my implants which lies directly on the line between my boob and my belly...and it is getting nearly unbearable. It's not from my bras- I've worn sports type bras the whole time but have even had to stop wearing those because it pushes on that area so as if this experience wouldn't make gravity more effective as it is, I can't use any support for them either!
