Any gym freaks in this group?!
I'm getting really pissed at myself, i promised myself I wouldn't be scared to go to the gym. Now I am. It's been the 4th day I've missed well yesterday I felt terribleZ and now today I just have no energy. What are you guys doing to not have guilt? I feel like I'm becoming lazy and this is not what I want for my pregnancy or my baby.
