The last few days, it tastes like I poured a tablespoon of salt in my mouth. Everything I eat tastes excessively salty, including the apple I'm eating right now. I've adjusted my diet starting today to cut way back on any unnecessary sodium and I'm hoping a few days of this might help.  Has anyone had this? Know what causes it/ how to help? Any insight is appreciated, thanks!
