How heavy are your AF?

My AF came yesterday with a vengeance. As long as i can remember I've had heavy periods unless i was taking BC pills. How heavy is normal?  My heavy flow days i use 4 super (not the super plus) tampons and switch to a giant overnight pad at night.  Does that sound like too much?

I pretty much use the super plus tampons exclusively for the first two to three days. Sounds totally normal!

No - it sounds normal! As long as you don't soak 1 pad per hour you're ok!

If you're worried about it go ahead and check in with your doctor! Rule of thumb is if you fill 1 pad per hour that you need to get checked out. I have endometriosis and my periods are super light, so I don't know what to tell ya :/
