Help me

I'm about 10 days late (it is normal as I have PCOS) but I have had some really weird symptoms nothing like what I normally get my legs keep going achy and cramping and around the time I get my period my sex drive goes through the roof and I want it all the time nothing this month my partner and I have been ttc for about 4 months with no luck I don't want to over think but I'm not sure if this are signs or not.....
