Anyone else out there with just one fallopian tube that's TTC or that has already gotten pregnant?

Just had surgery 6 weeks ago to remove my left fallopian tube and I just want to know if it's really going to be a struggle to get pregnant. I had been trying for a year before my surgery and couldn't get pregnant so my doctor said that my messed up fallopian that was removed could've been one of the reasons why I wasn't getting pregnant plus I had endometriosis and a large cyst that had to be removed as well.
