Nervous for Friday...

Last Sunday I went to the ER with bleeding and cramping....I was told I was having a "threatened miscarriage" I bled maybe 3-4 hours off and on. I called my Dr Monday morning and she told me to come in Tuesday, they ran my HCG levels which had gone up since Sunday(7,000 to 11,000...she was happy with that since it hadn't been a full 48 hours) they did a transvaginal ultrasound and she saw the sac and yolk but no fetal pole....she said she thought I was earlier than I thought(7 weeks tomorrow according to glow) if I am earlier everything she saw on the ultrasound looked fine. I go back Friday morning for another ultrasound to see what they find. I've tried not to think about it and not stress but in the back of my mind I can't help but think the worse. Prayers would be greatly appreciated...
