Friends with benifits?

So my boyfriend broke up with me because he didn't love me anymore but he still wanted to have sex and asked if we could be friends with benifits, because I love the guy too much I said I would 
Is it a mistake or do I stick to it?

Do what your gut tells you. Personally I think it's a mistake to be friends with benefits because you do love him still and he doesn't feel the same way. So he's just using you for sex. Even though you love him, you can find the strength to move on. It'll be hard but you can do it and after a while it'll get easier not having him around

Personally, I believe this is a mistake to get into a Friends with Benefits situation. It is not healthy for you, especially as you're going to be hurting at this moment and time. The best thing to do is take some time for yourself.

I'm in a similar situation. My ex and I broke up at the end of May and then started FWB in August after not speaking for the months in between. After we started sleeping together I told him I would feel better if he didn't hook up with anyone else but he can flirt and talk to other girls and whatever. And he agreed and we are still going strong. My main reason for him not hooking up with anyone else was for health reasons specifically. I didn't want to risk it. So maybe try to mention that idea to your guy. Maybe he'll be understanding.
