Bloody nose and tears?!?

So I was watching a tv show and I started crying and then I started having a bloody nose at the same time. Does anyone know why are what I should do about it.

Crying increases intercranial and vascular pressure which can rupture blood vessels in the face, especially because its so dry in winter! Nothing to worry about unless you cant control the bleeding :)

Dry nose due to winter....but known of nose bleeds when pregnant...if your ttc good luck!!!
