I had a miscarriage at 5.5 weeks. The dr had me do blood work to confirm and I was at 4 when they had me stop blood work because it was close to zero. My body felt super weird a few weeks later so I tested and it was positive. I waited 2 days tested positive again and waited another two days with another positive so I called the dr. They had me do blood work again and I was pregnant. So if your dr followed your hgc down and now your positive again you could be. Wait like the nurse told you then test again. It is possible

The nurse at the early pregnancy clinic told me to keep testing and if i hadnt got a negative test in two weeks to make a follow up appointment...

The Dr should be testing your blood regularly for hcg until it is gone. You shouldn't need to test.
