Help!?

Okay so these past 2 months whenever me and my BF have sex it's kinda painful for me. Like I feel really wet before and while having sex but when he enters me it feels really tight and constricted and then after sex the outside of my vagina is swollen and burns. The last time we had sex it bled the slightest bit too. I don't know what to do. I went to my doctor about any diseases and a while ago I had a stage 3 yeast infection and that was it. But it's fully cleared up now but I'm still in pain. We just want to be able to enjoy sex like we used too. He's so afraid of hurting me
