Anybody else dealing with stress and crazy mood swings..? 😔
I've been having a few arguments with my boyfriend over silly, pointless stuff that makes me so angry and aggravated and it probably shouldn't make me this upset.. I don't understand why it's getting like this. I already know stress is not good for the baby at all, and I'm just afraid I'm already harming the baby due to stress at 14 weeks. Any advice to help cope with anger and stress..?
