Back pain 😩😩😩

So I have the worst sciatic pain in the world. Hurts to walk, lay down, switch positions while laying down and it's making working almost impossible. Also last night I had very bad sharp pains in my sides stretching seamed to help a little but only temparary. Any advice is appreciated.
