This might sound stupid but Iv been put on bed rest at 30 weeks for possible premi labor and I'm just wondering how strict this is like can I get up and make food and clean kitchen and take a shower or do I literally have to stay in bed all the time? Can I sit in the nursery and do the glossing as log as I'm sat down or do I have to stay laid down. I know how stupid this sounds but I'm going crazy already and Iv only been back from doctors 3 hours
