Has anyone here discovered they had an ovarian cyst following a miscarriage? I had a natural MC almost 3 weeks ago, it was incomplete and I'm scheduled for a d&c on Thursday.  During my first US they said there was a small 2 cm cyst on one of my ovaries. Yeaterday they did another US and the cyst has grown significantly larger and is now about the size of a baseball. I'm just wondering if anyone had a similar situation and if the cyst resolved itself on its own. Thanks!
